He has successfully scaled platforms and grew teams from pre-seed stages to acquisition, and has spearheaded numerous development, AI, Data and machine learning initiatives. His expertise ranges from network infrastructure to AI-powered platforms, and he excels at blending deep technical insight with strategic business acumen to drive innovation and growth.
Marcius' leadership journey includes senior roles at prominent financial institutions, including Amex, CIBC, TD, RBC and BMO. In these positions, he directed high-performing teams, forged strategic partnerships, and executed intricate projects. Holding certifications as a Scrum Product Owner and ScrumMaster, his professional focus revolves around innovation, leadership, and coaching. His overarching goal is to revolutionize the payments landscape, providing consumers and businesses with superior financial services.
Currently, Marcius contributes as a board member for the Town of Markham and serves as Treasurer for the Box Grove Community Centre. Beyond his professional endeavors, he finds fulfillment as a father to two daughters who excel in horseback riding and gymnastics, cherishing the joys of parenthood.
