Title: PUSHERMAN

Narrator: ICE T

Introduction (0-5 mins)

The camera pans over an urban landscape at dawn, the city waking up to another day of hustle. The distinct voice of ICE T cuts through the ambiance, setting the stage for a journey into a world that thrives in the shadows of the concrete jungle. “In the heart of the city, where the struggle meets the streets, a young man named Drayden White navigates the perilous path of survival. This is not just a story of crime; it’s a tale of ambition, risk, and the quest for a way out.”

Act 1: A Day in the Life (5-15 mins)

We follow Drayden, a 25-year-old with ambitions bigger than the blocks he roams. The camera captures the essence of his daily life, from the crack of dawn to the dead of night. Drayden’s routine is anything but ordinary, involving careful planning and constant vigilance. ICE T’s voiceover explains, “In this game, every move is calculated. For Drayden, the streets are both his chessboard and his battleground.”

Viewers are given a glimpse into the complexity of Drayden’s operations, from securing his product to maintaining a network of clients while dodging law enforcement. The documentary highlights his use of technology and social media, modern tools of the trade that keep him one step ahead.

Act 2: The Motivation (15-25 mins)

Why does Drayden do it? The film dives deep into his background, revealing a mix of economic hardship, familial responsibilities, and the absence of opportunities. ICE T narrates, “For Drayden, this isn’t about living a life of crime; it’s about surviving a system that’s failed him.”

Interviews with people from Drayden’s past, including a former teacher and a childhood friend, paint a picture of a bright young man who once had dreams beyond the streets. The documentary explores the societal and systemic failures that funnel talented individuals like Drayden into the underworld.

Act 3: The Loopholes and the Law (25-35 mins)

This section examines the cat-and-mouse game between Drayden and the authorities. Legal experts and former law enforcement officers discuss the challenges of policing the digital age, where dealers like Drayden exploit legal loopholes and the anonymity of the internet to operate.

ICE T’s narration offers a critical view of the war on drugs, highlighting its ineffectiveness and the cycle of poverty and incarceration it perpetuates. “It’s a system rigged for failure, trapping people like Drayden in a loop they can’t escape.”

Act 4: Reflections and the Road Ahead (35-45 mins)

As the documentary nears its end, the focus shifts to Drayden’s reflections on his life and his hopes for the future. In a rare moment of vulnerability, he shares his dreams of leaving the street life behind and making a positive impact on his community.

The film closes with a powerful statement from ICE T, “In the world of the pusherman, every day is a battle. But for Drayden White, the biggest fight is for a chance at redemption, a shot at a life beyond the streets.”

Conclusion:

The camera pulls away from Drayden as he walks through the city at night, blending into the shadows as ICE T’s voice fades out. The documentary leaves viewers with a sense of the complex realities of urban life and the human stories behind the headlines of crime and drug dealing.

“PUSHERMAN” doesn’t glorify the life of a drug dealer but instead offers a nuanced perspective on the struggles, the systemic issues, and the humanity of those caught in the cycle. Through the eyes of Drayden White and the voice of ICE T, the film challenges viewers to look beyond the surface and understand the deeper narratives that define life on the streets.

In the perpetually gloomy atmosphere of Vancouver, where the rain seemed to fall endlessly and the gray skies painted a somber backdrop, 24-year-old Julian Ki led a life fraught with inner conflict. Julian was a handsome young man with a grounded ego and an unshakable moral compass. Despite his good intentions and strong sense of right and wrong, he often found himself paralyzed when faced with the injustice and cruelty he witnessed around him.

As a child, Julian had created a dark and enigmatic character named Eddie Webster within his subconscious—a figure who embodied divine justice. Eddie was described as an “angel with black wings,” tasked with simply “doing what had to be done.” to protect “us.” who was “us”? This character was a comforting fantasy for young Julian, a source of strength in his moments of helplessness. Over time, Eddie was buried deep within Julian’s psyche, overshadowed by the realities of adulthood.

One fateful evening, Julian’s world shattered. Out for his nighttime walk and smoke to the nearby corner store he had witnessed something so heinous that it broke his spirit completely—a brutal crime that left him reeling in shock and anguish. The darkness of the city seemed to close in around him as he trudged back home, drenched from the relentless rain, his heart heavy with grief. Alone in his apartment, his tears mingled with the rainwater dripping from his clothes. Julian reached a breaking point, his anguish transforming into a desperate need for action.

In the dead of night, Julian resolved to awaken Eddie Webster. He donned a mask reminiscent of King Baldwin IV, its cold, piercing eye holes reflecting his own resolve. The mask was complemented by a dark hood that concealed his face and long dreads cascading from the top. His attire was equally dark, blending seamlessly into the shadows. As he completed his transformation, Julian became Eddie Webster—an embodiment of divine justice, ready to confront the evil that plagued his city.
